Mail Merge
Enable Mail Merge function
Go to Compose Email then enable Mail Merge function.
The following mail merge keywords are available:
| Keyword | Value in your email body as seen by your recipient |
<name> | Contact's "Name" in your directory |
<salutation> | Contact's "Salutation" in your directory |
<sal_or_name> | Contact's "Salutation" in your directory. If this field is blank, "Name" will be used. |
Delivery Report
After sending the Mail Merge email, a delivery report will be available
