Search and Filter

Search Scope

The search bar is located at the top of the screen. You may also use the shortcut key "Alt+Q" to locate the search bar.

The current folder determines the scope of the search. If the folder you are currently browsing is Mail Activity, the search scope covers all mailboxes. If the currently browsed folder is Ops, the search scope covers only the Ops folder.

Retrieval Syntax
Ocean Fortune	Returns emails where the keywords Ocean and/or Fortune exists
"Ocean Fortune"	Returns emails where the keyword Ocean Fortune exists
From:Maersk	Returns emails where the sender's email address includes Maersk
To:Micheal	Returns emails where the recipient's address includes Micheal
Tag:#etanotice	Returns emails that are tagged with #etanotice

Filter

You may also use the filter function to refine the emails displayed. Click on the funnel button as shown in the below picture.
